Billie Starkz is the inaugural ROH Women’s World Television Champion.
ROH Supercard of Honor featured the finals of a tournament to crown the inaugural champion. Billie Starkz and Queen Aninata fought their way through the bracket and made it to the finals. They clashed in a thrilling match at the pay-per-view. However, the contest seemingly came to a concerning end when Starkz landed hard and apparently suffered an injury.
Officials checked on Starkz, and they even put a neck brace on her as they helped Billie out of the ring. But Billie suddenly attacked Aminata, as the injury was apparently a ruse. Starkz then locked in a sleeper, and the referee called for the bell as Aminata passed out.
In shocking fashion, Billie Starkz has become the inaugural #ROH Women's World TV Champion, and everyone is at a loss for words right now.

Starkz dodges a kick and dives onto Aminata at ringside. Aminata evades a senton, forcing Starkz to land hard on the apron. Aminata rocks her with a kick and drops her with a German suplex on the floor. She gets a two-count with a dive off the top. Aminata blasts her with a hip attack and a boot to the face. Starkz lands hard, and the match abruptly stops as she is seemingly hurt. Doctors check on her and put a brace on her neck. Officials are helping her out of the ring, but she blindsides Aminata and makes her pass out. The referee calls for the bell as Starkz is declared the winner.
